Get to Know…
I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I am continually learning and expanding my approaches to best support each client I work with. My therapeutic toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed approaches.
Some of my areas of focus include anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, stress and burnout, self-esteem and confidence, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, and parenting challenges. My goal is to work alongside clients as they explore their emotions, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in who they are.
Personally.
Outside of my work, I value balance, creativity, and connection. I enjoy staying active through fitness and trying new exercise classes, as well as spending time in the kitchen exploring new recipes and building my cooking skills. I love getting lost in a good book, spending quality time with loved ones, and embracing my creative side through crafting (even if it’s still a work in progress!). I also feel most grounded when I’m in nature, whether that’s going for a walk, hiking, or simply taking in the outdoors.
No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to support you. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to do it alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you in the process and be part of your journey toward healing and growth.

You don’t have to carry this on your own.
