Get to Know…

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and nurturing the activities that bring me joy and balance. I’m an avid reader with a particular interest in psychological thrillers, fantasy novels, and contemporary romance. In my downtime, you’ll often find me solving puzzles or scrapbooking with a variety of creative themes.
Staying active is also an important part of my life, and I enjoy recreational sports such as volleyball, tennis, and pickleball. Music is another meaningful outlet for me — I love singing, occasionally composing my own songs, and attending yoga retreats to support relaxation and mindfulness.
Personally.
I was drawn to a career in therapy because of a deep-rooted desire to help others navigate life’s challenges and discover their resilience. My journey began while working as an Early Childhood Educator in school settings and as a Child and Youth Worker in foster care agencies. These experiences exposed me to the significant mental health needs of children and families, sparking my passion for mental health.
I’ve always believed in the transformative power of therapy and wanted to be part of that healing process for others. Over time, I found a special passion for working with children and families, witnessing how early interventions and support can create lasting positive change. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m continually inspired by the resilience and growth I witness every day.

You don’t have to carry this on your own.
