Holly is a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based support. She hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a BA (Hons), and she is also a trained Homeopath (HOM). Her advanced training includes Basic 1 & 2 EMDR, somatic EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory.
Her approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based. She believes therapy should provide practical, sustainable coping strategies that you can apply in your everyday life—both inside and outside the therapy room. She integrates EMDR and somatic psychology to help you process stress, release what’s holding you back, and build resilience, all at your own pace.
Holly is a big believer that we carry stress in our bodies. Her therapy style is casual, integrated, and collaborative—no one-size-fits-all here. She combines multiple approaches to tailor therapy to your unique needs, always working together to find what feels right for you.
